I thought I'd try and be helpful here. No you cannot catch anything too bad from your dog.
Thrush, herpes and parasites are possible but unlikly. If your dog is healthy it will not have any of these due to its vacinations. All I would say is, next time you have a chance look for sevear swelling on your dog. It is more likly he got an infection from your vaginal flora then you from him.

And next time be safe, make him wear a condom. (I couldn't resist a little joke)

You get on a bus and walk into a ER at a Hospital and be treated for both your sexual assualt and trama. You can then further use social services to correct your situation with communicaion with your parent.
If you can not get a bus a EMT or Paramedic are listed in the phone book. Dial Police for faster service.

rings around the vagina are common in girls 13-19. What is really important is colour and smell. Does it smell bad? If not then you're mos likly fine. If it does smell bad hat colour is it? If it is red it will probably be a fungal thrush infection. Cured by canistan cream. If it is White or green and smells bad, then you may have clamydia or another similar bacterial infection.

My advice would be, relax. And if you can bring your self to it see a doctor if you're worried. But it is near impossible to catch anything from your dog. And rings are common.

Still try and see a doctor.
