sooo I went to sleep with my weed in my pocket. and fell asleep in my mom's room.
and I feel like I have less in my pocket than before everyone knows and stuff but it's generally not talked about! haha she gives me shit for it because she's jealous but I'd rather it not be brought up haha

my mom got a root canal done, the dentist prescribed her 5 percocets... She goes to pick up her prescription

And they gave her 24 oxys instead.......... She just noticed now

On another note... loved snowboarding the other day so went out and got my own board, bindings, boots, helmet/goggles... original price over $1,000... with discounts i got it for $500, and my moms paying for half as my early bday present, awyea..... (a very, very early bday present.. like.. 5 months early ) going again this weekend

My mom just got a root canal done too....except that the fucking dentist broke the drill off in her freakn' tooth. She went to a specialist yesterday and they got half of it out. She'll have to go back to get the other half done. She's infected. And because she signed a waiver, she has to pay to get it fixed herself. I'm all furious about it and she's like 'oh, people make mistakes.' At least give the dentist a shitty yelp or ratemyMD post.

 

She has to pay? What the fuck? know any lawyers? Because that doesnt seem legal...

 

i love my dentist. hes awesome. hubby wanted to save money going to a comfort dental to get his wisdom teeth out. they forced him to go under anesthesia for it. they got 3 out of the 5 teeth they were supposed to pull. they left shards in his mouth, that have pushed their way out of his gums over time.
i had all 4 of my wisdoms out at the same time. i was wide awake for it. no bits left behind. my dentist is the best.

your mom should not have signed a waiver. she needs a copy of it. im a doctor, here to set the broken bone in your leg. oh dear, ive accidentally broke the other leg. well, im not responsible for that. or im not responsible for tools left behind. or for making your problem worse, etc.

i hope she feels better. get a copy of the waiver she signed, and definitely look into lawyers. people do make mistakes, but they should also be held responsible. if they fucked it up, they should be covering the fix for their fuck-up.

 

That is pretty much, word for word, what I said to her.
She's just shrugging the whole thing off.

I LOVE lights and lamps and themed or special "shades" or coverers always draw the whole thing together, or something. I think something good in the air can be quite special, ya' know?

I'm also a fool for different types of clocks. maybe its because I've never been able to wear a watch, or even a bracelet for a l o n g time without it cracking/breaking.

I've known only one person this actually happened to...a woman I worked with about 28 yrs ago...of course it was an accident, bla bla...but he had already fucked me up with a root canal he didn't seem to know what to do.
In my mind, that sob I'm speaking of established a pattern when he broke off that needle in her root, and I think she may have had a lawyer may have pointed that out.

Do you have any idea if he has any pattern of this type treatment? Also, it could always be argued that she signed under duress and simply felt like she had to have the procedure done and therefore was willing to sign whatever.

Edit: I definitely remember my co-worker having an infected, swollen jaw and having to go to at least 2 different appointments (if not 3) with a specialist. It seemed to last forever. That is what they are supposed to have mal-practice insurance for.

I had to be in at work at 8am, after closing at 10:30pm. Well, I was following myself, for the most part...and everything was FINE! duh...

They sent me home at 11:30. The usual person who is there in the day time was scheduled. again...duh.

Oh well, I don't care.

I'm enjoying the day.
