Things I notice right away are conjunction of moons which definately gives it that soul mate quality but then each has sun opposition the other's mercury. This has got to be very difficult in communicating. And then you also have sun opposition his mars which is CONFLICT. Awesome sex with mars trine mars but your mars square his venus is tricky. I have mars square venus with my s.o. and this can work but it's more of the fascination with something different, a barrier to cross which can be a stimulant and/or a turnoff. It's not a breaker though. Your venus op his nepture is going to be a prob with conflict of his dreams and fantasies with your heart and sense of beauty. There's lots more. Has this person moved on? Are there indications of getting back together? With therapy maybe some of those communication probs can be worked through. Going to take some real commitment and dedication on both parts I'd say.

mars trine to venus is rreal good for relationships,having fun together,good sex etc.the venus/mars mispoint is square the ascendant/sun conjunction and square the mercury /descendant conjunction.this shows a very high energy and honest relationship.moon is trine to jupiter whcih shows longterm compatibility and moon trine uranus bring a ability to get past problems and keep thing interesting in a good way.the femine aspects are pretty good.
