Does anyone here like trout? I've never had it before, but apparently it is pretty good for you so we were going to buy some fresh trout to cook for dinner tomorrow, but I have no idea how to prepare it. I was going to just brush it with olive oil and sprinkle some salt and pepper on it before baking it... does anyone have any better ideas?
