Home from work. I only work days on Wednesday. (thank goodness) But I still really like my job. Of the many snake-pits I've found myself working in, this is just such a pleasant surprise.

I couldn't get the hood to pop last night on my Crown Vic. After pulling the latch on the inside you're supposed to be able to get it to pop by hitting the hood HARD. Apparently I wasn't able to hit it HARD enough or in the right place, because it wouldn't budge.

This morning as I was driving to work, I discovered that (driving) is the way to get the hood to pop. lol The hood didn't fly up since you still have to move a lever.

So, now I'm glad to know a foolproof way to get the hood to pop.

 

You trust the safety catch that much?

be careful....I heard some of those are armed




also....if you are close enough to a deer to hit it with a pellet gun then you are close enough to just yell or bang a pot or throw a rock.....

if there is deer in my yard they split at lightning speed the second they hear the door slide open....no way I could line up a shot

 

chunks of Irish Spring soap in the yard will repel deer.. also repels skunks, raccoons, and posse ..
