its one of the ways I passed the time in the hospital....going down for fancy coffee and smoking doobs on the sidewalk in my wheelchair

About to exercise, I've been able to force myself to do it lately... this will be the fifth day in a row. I just jump on the bike for 15-20 minutes, but I figure it's better than nothing.

 

I used to go down the hall and make the lady give me mine so I didn't have to wait.....fucking toast getting cold while some lady walked at the speed of a rock.....

just went outside to do chicken chores....the birds put straw on top of any food left in the coop that they are saving....they also fill the water trough with straw like building a nest almost......

its brisk outside but sunny and not windy

 

At our hospital you get to order your own breakfast. If you are on pain pills get some prune juice and or raisin bran...something with fiber.

 

those menu sheets were awful.....I used to just write different things on the side and hope it would show up....sometimes it did

Breakfast in bed, how nice! Did you get the menu sheet to pick out your "yummy" meal? You might end up being glad it was late or better yet, not show up at all.

lol You forgot to add "lukewarm" coffee (or warm water with a stale tea bag). Orison will be rushing to the food thread to give us a review of his fine breakfast!
