august 8th and 9th is our music festival...no bands announced yet....it would be great to host a party that weekend

my daughter just told me she is sick too....and I hugged her on sunday as well as we were all passing around a baby....i'm dreading it....hoping my kid doesn't get sick either

and she said its a bad one too

 

that's how pregnancy happens....

you should always pull out if that's what was agreed upon before the sex

That would be cool. The hub's new job is pretty flexible with his hours and we might be able to swing it.

Apparently my mom needs to have her gall bladder removed. Waiting on a date/time for the surgery now. Doesn't seem to be anything super urgent or anything, she just has the occasional 'attack'. Does not sound pleasant, though.

 

eh, Ive know a few opeople to have that operation. nothing to worry about to much, or course its surgery and worry some. but its not bad. shes be ok..

I once knew a young woman in her 20's that had been plagued by problems associated with her gall bladder. She wound up having it removed and her health (and life) were great afterwards.

Since this was about 25 years ago and surgery, anesthesia, etc have definitely gotten better, I believe your mom will do well and feel much better afterwards.

 

Gall bladders are a pretty easy operation.
The hard part is the pain of the attacks before it.
She's gonna be so relieved!!!

Not sure. I usually can't even make it a week.
