COlumbia Tribune. some fucking newspaper website that thinks they have the power to maintain a database of all arrests and what you've been arrested for.

shit is borderline libel - i haven't been able to get a job for 3 years because i've been marking on applications that i have not been convicted of any crime, but with a google search of my name - "COLUMBIA TRIBUNE ARRESTS AND SUMMONS" comes up in bold blue with my name just below.

my case has been suspended on a probation agreement, and is not public information - i told them this and that they are a third party to legal organizations involved. i told them if they don't remove my name I have been advised to contact my attorney.

I just don't understand why these people are so adamant on maintaining a negative perception of marijuana and wanting to continue the demonization/criminalization of marijuana 'offenders' - I was 'caught' with a pseudo-decriminalized substance and I have already paid my dues (~$1,000) for it - now take my god damn name off your fucking shit website so that I can get a fucking job you Nazi fucks
