I think its actually cold here and I know it. lol. hasnt been this cold all year. going to warm up again in a few days..

 

kids in bed...mom at a square dance....and now for some much needed quiet time

my daughter does not use paper towels so i folded about a hundred cotton cloths of every imaginable type for her...also no fucking microwave is killing me...i need to reheat coffee many times through out a normal day.

 

I don't even approach borders these days let alone cross them... lol

sunday mornings i am used to quiet...this brutal...the coffee situation is brutal on crutches...my kid doesnt use an electric kettle[pain]...doesnt use a tradidional way of making coffee[pain]didnt buy the big cream..she bought the size thyat coffee addicts take when they go somewhere overnight[painful]i am missing my television set[hurting]i can barely squirt out a drop outside cause its so fucking cold and her bathroom is upstairs[dangerous]

these pills seem like they are contained in a kinds of a sack thyat kinda pops..i find they work best if you just crush the entire thing and let it disolve in my mouth as much as possible....and then its coma time

 

no microwave, no kettle, no coffee maker...

I've lived like that...

Then I realized that those things are tools that save you time, and time is the one resource that isn't really renewable in terms of a person's life...

We have two wood stoves that are going most times, and I still use the microwave to heat my coffee... and the coffeemaker to make it... lol

I make a pot of coffee, shut it off and reheat cups as I go in the microwave. It's the only way to drink coffee all day without having it sit on a heater of some type and cook, which just ruins it.

 

my wife got mario kart for the wii for her birthday from my parents yesterday, so we've been playing it all morning. i love games like this - fun, but not really too challenging so you never get stuck on one level for hours.

 

i find that if the pot has a lot in it, it's okay to sit on the heating element on the coffee-maker for a while, but once it starts to get low, it just burns and tastes gross.

 

tom that was a great point...you are the master debater lol....now my daughter thinks i am makin her look bad on this site ...so ftr as soon as she woke up she made me coffee[3] and just served me fresh laid egg ommeltte with goats cheese and toast and home fries...and she made these rasberry chocolate muffins that are restaraunt worthy...yum yum...the yum yum is from my grand daughter...all three are helping me compose this post
