i have speech to text software.. the shit is stupid as fuck. you have to teach it to listen to your for least and hour, reading all these bullshit sayings and phrases . so the fucking shit understands you..

you can however just sit there and mumble and it will make out whatever it wants .. I made a post once with it just random mumblings and it come out to readable shit. How>? I have no clue.

I picked orders in a warehouse last year and they used these headsets that you had to do all that voice programming shit with. Probably not quite as much as your software since it was just limited to 'warehouse language' but it still took at least half an hour of saying the phonetic alphabet and other phrases/names of equipment. I got out of there as fast as possible..what a shit job.

Pay the little extra, stay away from AMD processors. Look into playbooks. Portable and affordable as well.

playbook/netbooks are complete shit IMO
Sony, Toshiba, HP/Compaq are what I would recommend in order. Sony's are pricier, though.

I probably would look at Toshiba - some models are real nice, though I haven't kept up with them in recent years.

 

I have a toshiba, I like it all except for I have to replace the hard drive every couple of months

Those new i7 processors are crazy fast... Had an HP with one.. and I could run endless programs without a hint of lagging

 

So I think I'm gonna take a big long yet to be determined how long.. t-break.. gonna finish up the pile of keif i got sitting here and that's it
