last time i smoked was last night - couple hits off a j with my dad
before that a fatty blunt last wednesday and before that...shit I had probably gone another week without.

not trying to quit cold-turkey but i need to clear my head a little bit.

 

i find i naturally go through phases where i'll smoke heavily and then realize at some point that i haven't really smoked much over the last few weeks. probably just correlates with how busy life has been.

 

Ive been up since 10am and havent gotten high yet..
