I don't have any tats or personal experience with them but there is a place in waterloo called 'Tora Tattoos' and the artist is supposed to be one of the best in the province.

house/dog-sitting for my parents this week, been saving up my laundry... their washer actually gets clothes clean and their dryer actually dries them, and they don't cost $1.50 each time.

 

tomm...oz at tat-a-rama tattoos is one of the leading artists in ontario..he did mine 25 yrs ago....his shop is still in the west end on bloor right near my old pharmacy at 6 points plaza at the west end of the subway line

there is a well known tattoo artist in Burlington, she works at anchor's tattoos (on Guelph line at new street), I'm blanking on the name... I think bailey? she has done pretty much all of my friends stuff and it all looks awesome. I'll see if he has some pics or if I can find a portfolio for you.
