I've had back pain on and off for 30 years...for persistent pain that doesn't go away, the only thing I found that really worked was acupuncture. That being said, I pray I don't jinx myself and it starts anytime soon b/c the acupuncturist that was here in my town moved her practice to a nearby town, and the sessions have gone from $58 up to $100. Aside from the money, it literally gives me a panic attack to have to drive and negotiate in this town. (I've had to pay a "friend" to do this in the past.)

I have a little Shiatsu massager (with the "fingers") that is super good for working the knots out...sure hope you get to feeling better.

Hot and humid...perfect weather for (my enemies) mosquitoes and southern snakes.

Who else likes that feeling you get before a thunderstorm hits? Like when you see the dark clouds looming in .. looking like impending doom... The calm before the storm :sunny:

we are 1.5 inches under average rainfall, so for about the 8th year in a row there are watering restrictions. Doesn't matter to me though since I have no lawn, just the trees and grass nature put there. I feel no need to maintain those.
