you shouldnt encourage a friend to do soething that involves a possible manslaughter charge....going to prison and getting ass raped...al because some poor shmuck thought broony was his friend

 

i havea friend that did 7 years because he punched a dude once.....dude fell and hit his head and DIED

 

there really isnt anything called self defense when it comes to a fight, when both parties are aware, they will fight when in arms reach. ^ last statement already placed you in premeditated state..

therefore both will go to jail here..

you may pursue assault charges on one another. but both will be arrested for disorderly conduct if officers are sent to the scene to investigate.

 

our sax player : Blackwell, he was smoking coke with this dude and they got in a small fight.. Blackwell is bigger, punched the dude once and walked out the door. 3 days later was arrested on homicide charges. Now doing life: but making progress in appeals. there was no evidence of struggle, or robbery, just a punch in the wrong place..

 

just talked ot my roommate on the phone and told him... he says... HA something very similar happened to me last night but i cant tell ya on the phone...

i dont know what it is about us 2... these things just find us man.. fuck..

Rolling, 1st of all, I don't get you...you ignore me except for to ask something stupid.

2nd - no I don't get "off" on fighting...I guess I've just lived long enough to know that sometimes it is warranted...but since you're so peaceful and all I guess you don't see nor get that.

I would not want Broony to get in trouble. It sounded like he was ready to go and massacre the dude - who seemed to surely deserve it, but I wouldn't want Broony to let anybody know that he intended to fight this asshole that sounds like he needs a life lesson or something.

I hate that your friend accidently caused someone to fall and hit their head and die...I also think when its your time, its your time...do you want to argue about that?

the dude woke up a friend at a party and made a mistake on the time...whether for a prank or just an honest mistake....tell me lynn....how much of a beating LESSON does this poor sap deserve?

the jails are full of dudes that are real tough....tough like my friend broony.....

and because he is me friend i can disagree with him without him taking offence

I think it is possible to fight someone and bruise them, maybe even bust their lip and break their nose or black their eye...and walk away.

"Life lesson", to me, would mean that both remain alive after the fight for a long time afterward, and nobody goes to jail for it...

Here in SC if 2 people get in a fight and it can be shown that one person started it and the other person reacted, the "reacting person" doesn't get in trouble if there is minor damage to the other...same thing if worse happens...unfortunately a friend of mine killed someone (which he HATED!) but it was proven that the other person started it...and my friend walked, no trial.

It did not sound like Broony and that dude were friends in the slightest way. (lol where did you get that?) It sounded like there were already problems there, but the dude's actions last night brought everything to Broony's boiling point.

 

yep, this is on point with my problems with him as it gets...
