I finally got the kid's room done! They just needed 2 more bookshelves for all of their toys and everything to fit in their room without it all being just piled in a corner.

 

damn i think i fractured my nose from getting slammed the other night from friend..

and half of my left eye is red... i broke a vessel or something..it got way worse yesterday... but i dont think it will get any worse... just half of my eye is all red.

 

yeah...don't be smashing up people's car, especially when it's noon and they are giving out free food and the majority of the world is awake. Don't be a cry baby.

just pull them out and whip their ass...J/K...NO DON'T DO THAT!


The one ambulance I was in charged me $580 to take me a little over 4 miles, so it's well over $100 per mile.

i did use a heating pad, it helped a little, but not enough to use it in the 90-95° heat today.

and last week i stood up into a cabinet corner, the spot is healed, not bruised anymore, but i obviously have some nerve damage. when i itch that spot i feel it a couple of inches away. its fucking creepy.

 

ML, that sounds like exactly the kind of pain/damage acupuncture would work well on.

 

i am so broke right now, we have been drinking powdered milk. no way i could afford it.

I can totally relate...here's another idea...

Reflexology...Somewhere around here is a sock marked with places on the foot that correspond to body parts. I can remember finding the place for the sciatic nerve and it helping somewhat. I bet you can find some site that would give you the picture of the foot with corresponding body part.

I really feel for you. There is nothing like the incessant throbbing pain involved with one's back (or sciatic nerve running up and down your leg from the middle of your butt).

 

my mom had a sciatic nerve problem, it would zing and her whole leg wouf forget what it was doing. i will look for the reflexology stuff

SC is a very broke state. We have a stupid governor (whom I did not vote for) AND many :love: her here. lol Businesses, including something as important as the ONE SINGLE ambulance service available in this county, can basically charge whatever they want.

Down here employers can also treat you however they want and fire you because they don't like the way you look or even for NO reason.

Some family friends had a son that was in a wreck and he had to be taken by ambulance about 9 miles...they were charged something like $1200.


Powdered milk is supposed to be good for you. I've never tried it as coffee mate, but I think I'll try that.
