Isn't a ambulance mostly a ride to the hospital more than like urgent care ....
They really try not to do medical procedures in the ambulance

it depends....ambulance dude specially trained in spinal cord injuries saved me from a life in a chair...he was one of only 2 guys that had the training....god was smiling on me that day

well, when i fell at school and needed an ambulance there were 3 paramedics. and a conversation went like this:
female paramedic about to start an IV
male paramedic "you cant use that needle."
female "why not"
male "because you touched it"
female gets a second needle
me "i have veins like my mom, you wont find one in my hand"
female starts digging back and forth under the skin on my hand with the needle
male to female "isnt it crowded in this ambulance? you need to get out"
then he apologized to me and put the line in my arm. so they can be good, but they can be shitty.

That's awesome rolling :grouphug: it's good to hear they can do medical procedures , I wonder why someone would tell me that.....ambulances look like they are filled with medical supplies ....it didn't make sense that they were allowed t do anything but drive you....
