Automatic defrost will drop it's water into a pan so it evaporates... Pan or hose is probably leaking onto the floor.

i had to manhandle it off. its not excatly "broken in" so it was stuck on there pretty tight. it definitely looks like it needs to be vacuumed (whoops.) but the drip tray is behind some electronic pieces. it has water in it but i dont think its leaking.

 

if there is any water inside the fridge (or freezer) at the bottom...then the drain is probably froze up and when it goes into auto defrost the water leaks out where it shouldnt

its usually easy to fix just take out the food and stick it in a cooler for a while....then unplug the fridge leave the doors open and set a fan up to blow air inside to melt the ice...it freezes up behind the panels where you cant see...if its a warm day a few hours is usually enough to melt it all

sometimes if you open the back panel you can see the drain and know for sure if its frozen...mine did that once but mine is a freezer bottom fridge on top style so im not sure where your drain would be on a side by side

 

now searching google it says whirlpool side by side are bad for leaking water from the pan ...

mine never does that..the pan is heated so it always evaps

do you have ice on the bottom of the freezer compartment?

 

this is such a pain in the ass. i think im going to have to open the back, but it looks like theres crap in the way of removing the drip pan from that side too. it kind of looks like the water is running under the drain pan, so maybe a bit of tubing wiggled loose. i will warm it if i have to.

no ice in the freezer compartment.

id open the back too and try to see where its dripping

mine has a rubber tube that is squeezed at one end to let water out but seal out air...and then when it drips out of there it falls on something that looks like a miniature twirled kids slide that guides it into the evap pan

maybe something got loose or moved

well, i opened it up in the back, there is a lot of stuff in the way. it seem like the drip pan is drying, so maybe it was just that it was dusty (+cat and dog fur and a years worth of kitchen gunk buildup)
i can see (i think) where the freezer drains, it does not look icy and it does seem to be aimed into the drip pan. i did figure out how to get the bottom drawer out of the freezer, so i can see where the freezer drains. there is a little bit of frost, but it is not blocking the hole at all. i did leave the drawer out. i dont see any additional water leaking from under it now. strange.

if orison had of been displaying lady bits I may have gone through more trouble to view it

so my mothers mom has 3 tumors in her brain we just found out about... so my mom and her sister are flying to California tomorrow.. its fucked... cause grandpa... who is also very old and losing his mind says that if grandma goes first that he will kill himself.. he cant remember anything... they at the hospital all day then drive home and he asks where she is,,, gets pissed that he cant see her... even though he did all day...

so if she passes soon, we have to put grandpa in a special place where he cant kill himself... then we gotta deal with the house and property and all kinds of shit...

Just got off work and was about to go to the gym... suddenly both my arms and my face start tingling like they're falling asleep and going numb... it wont go away... I just took a new pre-workout supp i never tried before, maybe its that?
