you are killing yourself with those supplements. just eat more fruit/ vegetables, home cooked healthy food.

that being said, i have had paresthesia. i believe, in my case anyway, that it is related to my thyroid disorder. mine travels up one arm, up my neck, across my face, numbing even my tongue. if you fucked up your thyroid with supplements then i wish you luck.

a heart attack usually is left arm pain and numbness/ tingling (side of the body the heart is on) and chest pain/ pressure.

so he went and bought some rope.. trying to hang the bed in the tree like a hammock... so we gonna have a swinging bed from a tree..

put a couch in a tree overhanging the lake when i was a kid. it was pretty awesome. also one super awesome dumpster dived fort, and a rope swing.

and then it was gone one day. fucking apartments.

black walnuts are edible but I am saving them because you can make awesome black dye with them and I will then print the dye onto shirts with my new shoba press which I get next week delivery....

There is a huge bees nest outside my door. I have been walking through them for weeks and they don't bug me. Still never been stung in my life. I don't want to kill them since there are so few bees now.
