He chose Carleton as they have brand new labs. He was accepted to Ottawa U and Queens as well but his first pick was Carleton. His first step is to get his masters and then he plans to go to medical school (Ottawa U or U of TO) and then he want a speciality in Neuroscience.

He may live in my basement for a lot of years!!

im hanging in there. havent picked up cigarettes. havent overdone it on alcohol. still doing a lot of crying. still talking about it. some of our friends know now, so we are making progress. i almost changed the locks last night, and he knows it. we still havent had time together away from the boy to discuss it completely, and every time we try to send him for a sleepover he throws a fit. we will try t spend time talking about it during the day this week i think. if we can get our fishing licenses we might do that.

I have been outside taking photos and making friends with the porch again....

I guess I just have to get used to it. I took photos of things, and not only the porch and hope to energize myself...load them on photobucket, after I decide which photos of 50 I will share...the best photos of course.... some are blurry....I hope to get to that later....and share some here....

yes captain has learned his name...he returns to the house when called most of the time...he has stopped climbing through the barbed wire fence and getting stuck on the other side....I think the tractors cure him of that

 

what a day

i still have a million things to do but no energy and im on the edge of a migraine

ive towed car to garage...then towed it home...then ran around all over the place getting parts...and im full of elastomeric paint ...and my phone has paint on it now because someone called when i was on the ladder


and now i have a complete brake job to get done before i get to do a second coat of paint

 

between that post and this one i loosened off 20 of possibly the tightest wheel nuts ive ever met

i shouldnt have to rest after loosening nuts ...

I just learned that you can turn the corners of your computer navigator off everytime you touch the corners its under PC and devices and it says corners and edges
