No, I think they made a giant bookend. That smoke detector and air vent are too realistic for a doll house.

Under water concept is pretty cool.

When I was a kid I had all those glow in the dark stars. Lots of them, all that gluetack to the roof, took the paint off much to my daddy's efforts to tell us not to do it, especially when I had my room freshly painted. I had a moon at that stage though and some other planets.

I always wanted to do that again, I think it be very meditative to look at before sleep hours considering I'm usually under the influence at that time.

 

I want to do my room like this when I get moved. Always liked that stuff.

my room upstairs had at least a couple hundred of those same glow in the dark stars that irmy had....my grand daughters former room....I agree to fill you childs room with nature or space or the sea but for Christ sake leave the movies out of there...

 

They had a new cider on draught ( draft for you Foreigners ) at the pub yesterday Crazy Goat its 6.8% had about five pints !

i have near 4 acres of grass and have cut almost half...now the part i cut already needs another trim...

There is a house not far, lots of land, grass he doesn't need, so he fenced part off, lady hires it for her horse, another part he has goats, a little area on the corner, he rents as an allotment..great was of reducing the amount of work, and earns himself a few Bob, I think it's clever...

 

I met two old men today at the pub, what struck me was their working attire of high visability clothing and their age I thought something is off so I have a talk with them and I ask them what they're doing and they were just having some beers after finishing their work. They looked old, tired and worn and so I asked them why they were working was to earn some money because they couldn't afford to retire. And I thought well that's a problem, these guys are 70+ in manual labor work... this isn't good it should not be. So I bought them a round and continued to play pool.

I qualified for the open singles even this weekend and my first match is against some guy I don't know. So I looked up his stats and he's a division 2 player like me and I finished in the top 10 div 2 he finished in like the top 40 so statistically I'm better and I noticed I had in fact played him him once this year and I just can't remember who he is. I'd also like to note that in the match he played me in, I won.

It's a quick race to 8 I should be better for this type of system after playing in the elite competition race to 11 so this is slightly shorter but I like the long distance and time consuming game I think plays into my advantage. Lots of people just wanna shoot quick pool and be done with it wheras im quite capable of playing for 3-5 hrs. Hell I've even done an 8 hour stretch last years trials.

So by now y'all should realize that my pool game picks up with when I play quality opponents. That's when I tend to play to my abilities wheras I become too complacent against lesser opponents and it's the lesser opponents I struggle against. I need to find a way to beat them, play smarter, play to my ability but I can't be over confident but I also can't go in wondering either because all those thoughts play on your mind and if you're thinking about other things then you aren't thinking about the stroke you're about to play next. Etc. etc.

If I beat this guy I should make it into the next round on Sunday I think it is against a much more quality opponent if I can make it through which I think I will. I just hope I'm playing a proper venue and those figures are meant to come out late tonight/early morning. But I've definitely qualified I have a match.

 

i was dating this chick some yrs ago we go to this place called the star light hotel.. they had those cheesy glow stars on the ceiling.. I stole a couple as mementos. it was a dive. weed seeds and crack crumbs on the floor and tables. classic tho.

 

cutting the grass rescued a baby sparrow. it seemed kinda tired.. I named it Jack Sparrow.. put in a tall vacuum box to let recover for a few hours.. took outside and helped it fly in the big field.. it got stronger with every new flight.. first it only went so far and crash.. idk.. I crumbed up a sugar wafer cookie and gave it some water?? what else could i do??.. released where less predators are at.. least I hope.. It did finally fly higher than ever before /half a tree high way better than a few feet off the ground.. bye Jack..

 

i'll be over on my couch if anyone needs me.....with a heating pad on my sore bits....i need a full body heating pad
