weed helps but i can't function if i'm high 24/7

Actually it may not CURE it but does make it much less pronounced...


I've been going through hell with joint pain since I don't have any weed.

 

it lets me focus on something other than the pain and distract myself from it.

sucks that you don't have any. are you prescribed anything to manage your pain?

i see my rheumatologist next week to see if he thinks i have RA... pretty nervous about the appointment.

 

Nothing works on my joint pain (other than weed)... so, no, nothing is being prescribed for joint pain at the moment. I've got osteoarthritis and degenerative joint disease... I'm actually missing some cartilage some places. I'm on Lyrica for muscle pain and it has reduced it some, but I'm still in pain all the time. The weed really does help, it's not just a distraction, for me anyways.

 

Lyrica is killing ya man..

weed dulls the receptors in your brain that ''look'' for pain..thats all...cure is not the word to use

i have been refusing muscle relaxants and anti-inflams since my accident....18 years....

now i am in a song and dance with the doctor over my weed papers....i have yet to ''strongly'' debate her on the subject but i am gearing up for a good chat on thursday

i opened with ''i hate feeling like a dirty criminal''

and she countered with..''lets try weed pills first and see if they work''

thurs i tell her ''no..they do not work ''

 

did you try smoking the weed pill....

 

That would have to taste bad... Very bad.

 

they say in the faq that if you cant swallow a pill you should open it and put the powder on your toungue...it also says they are only for chemo patients and are a cycle drug....cycle drugs are not long term solutions

cant say that i can feel much on account of 4 already went down the ol gullet...i can say it burns cleaner than the shitty coke from town and has little to no taste..

..couple hefty lines of it went down smooth also and again has little taste..
.these are very much like eating weed cookies with the rushes in my spine and arms but less strong ..
.i can never sleep on edibles although i am so tired i likely might sleep tonight
