    etc. etc...

Just don't get Sony's if you want durability. I had a pair of Sony MDR 7506's and found that the wires are very fine, and very fragile. You have to be very gentle, very careful not to yank on the wires too much, so sharing them with others is not an option. Re-soldering those fine wires is a challenge, though not impossible.

Plus, you can't do "tracking" with them because the sound isolation isn't sufficient. You can hear the tracks you already recorded leaking in, since the cup isn't sufficient to cover the ear.

Me, I'm presently using Grado's, open-back (SR125), but I prefer Sennheisers, because of the comfort, and the isolation, and the bass response. I have also enjoyed the Sonys (apart from the vulnerabilities I previously mentioned).

My son says it all depends on what you're going to use them for. Guys who do recording, and want isolation, go for enclosed cup, while people who just want to listen, and want good all-around frequency response often get the open-back style, because something about total isolation messes with some of the frequency responses.

But the bottom line is,,,don't pay for the name or the hype. Pay for the quality. For that, research is key.

    Dude, really?

The dumpster pays for my clothes.

But if you can't find your sizes, there's still thrift stores, all the shit you bought could be had for like 30 bucks, max.....

So much bio being studied.. all these terms are just starting to fall out of my head.

Of course, I discovered that my teacher had been posting practice questions all semester long the night before the exam, lol.

Working on farm equipment , we are working on a giant metal stand to hold grain bins in the air so trucks can drive under.. It needs to be finished welded together, this thing is massive. We're renting a big fucking crane Friday to flip it onto its legs which still aren't welded all the way on. Next month we are putting up another huge grain silo with sheet metal and an elevator which carries the grain up the gearbox which funnels it down the right tube, these things can get up to 90 ft tall and well be putting a few of those up, no way were gonna risk slipping being that high lol def. love my job though :)
Had a few eas days lately, torching holes in the top of bins to install heat vents, and it rained yesterday some cleaned up shop, and I changed the oil in the work truck easy easy money haha

listening to a CBC interview with a guy who escaped from a north Korean prison camp and is now living in Toronto. makes me incredibly grateful to have been born in a free country... holy fuck I can't even comprehend the lives that these people are forced to live.
