depends on what you're cooking, but get the grill to temp. put meat in, drink beer, look at food, go piss, drink beer, look at food, maybe move it, take bits of the food off and eat it with some beer, go get more beer, take food off grill, eat. beer.

Its really doesnt matter if its in foil or not

BUT COOKING IN FOIL MEANS THE MEAT WILL COOK IN ITS OWN JUICES WHICH TASTE BETTER IN MY OPINION

yeah i just put the meat as close to the fire as possible. whether it be on the grill itself or on skewer...fire!
