ive heat and cold intolerance. when it gets to 80, I have to try and stay cool somehow. or else I risk more nerve damage. n o fun really

 

was really high last night, and came to a conclusion that i've somehow never thought of before... I just never connected the dots, but I've realized that I think anxiety is the root cause of all my issues, why i'm all over the place, can't stick with one thing, why my mind is always so clustered and I can't think properly about what I wanna do.. etc.. I typed up a huuge post last night but ended up not posting it lol

I've learned to just think... fuck it, anxiety makes me think to much, I need to just.. not think, go with the flow... let whatever wants to happen happen, I have all the time in the world to do anything..

I wanna start meditating again, I used to a lot but stopped because it kind of freaks me out... I don't like to meditate because I can get really deep into a meditative state really fast... to fast, I dunno if you guys know a lot about astral projection, or believe in that stuff, although its all basically proven.. but that shit happens to me quick, without me even trying... I'll lay there just trying to calm down and meditate, and after like 5 minutes i'll feel my body go numb and tingly, i'll hear a loud pitch buzzing/ringing sound, my body will feel very light/floaty, and i'll be on the verge of an OBE, and i panic and just open my eyes... I've never fully done it because I always back out before i get there..
