I do feel vitamins. Not all of them but when my joints playing up I take magnesium and zinc and i notice a different. I also notice that pork fat is really awesome for your joints. So when joints hurt I go buy some pork ribs. =p

If you have something personally against me Glen then fine, post your dribble about it like we are all interested to hear. But keep my sexuality out of this, please. I've been banned for less than what you just called me, whatever a "bull dyke" is anyhow.
And you can also stop your lies like you're the spokesman for the entire site. You may not like me, Broony may not like me but I happen to get along quite well with most others from here so when I try to open myself up to people and start receiving messages and posts about how I'm alright once you get to know me, your attemps to belittle me is nothing short of a facade.
