I go away for 24 hours and come back to 4 pages of chat

yup...a regular pain in the.....

so.....major tree damage here after my adventure....I dead hen ....

but I drove home a hundred k pulling the sled....no problems at all,,,.....even passing people......sienna is all wheel drive....like a tank in the snow......right through it

before and after....this branch is easy 800 pounds.....just missed my porch

all the hydro lines are white today....well over an inch of ice on them

that tree touching the ground is usually 20 feet off the ground in my coop area

 

4 inches of snow my ass....its up to knees ...could barely even push the door open to get out today

 

they said we got 20 cms of ice pellets mixed with snow over nite....I had to take a hammer to my front door to get the ice off it....

view yesterday out my front....was already covered in ice to the point I couldn't see anything out of them

we stopped at a tavern in the middle of nowhere on our way home....one of those old rusic places with shit on the walls everywhere....could spend hours in there looking at it all

I don't mind......I live on an island off of Kingston Ontario.....my friends farm is about 100 k straight north up into cottage/lake country

 

Building my son a toybox for Xmas. Need to paint the trim still but the front and back are chalk board, the sides are a glossy green. For my first time I don't think I did too badly.

Ahh I've wondered if I was a regular as I dint post as much as some of you guys, but I consider some of you basically family!

Rolling, what kinda car u have? U went and got that generator? That why u were traveling in that snow? Looked kinda serious in some those pics. I still want some snow! England, especially south west England where I'm at currently is supposed to be getting a ton of rain and also 70mph winds all Monday and tuesday, it's chilly here but not cold enough to get that rain to turn to snow.

Decent day here just ate and thought myself lucky to be with the people I love the most, having seen my best friend last night, and scoring some seriously dank weed. Still gave another fat joints worth left and a bit of baccy as well. Might have to make a pipe or apple pipe or something so I can better utilize limited greens. Or it may all go up in a blaze of glory (pun intended)

I was driving my friends 06 sienna......with a full load....even a sunroof......nicest van ive ever driven....they are all wheel drive so nothing stops them......

we went to get the sled.......he brought me the generator when he came......he knows its safe here to leave his stuff

Rolling, I noted the 420, before I even read ur note to note it :sifone:

 

toy boxes have a safety hinge to make sure junior doesn't hurt his lil fingers.....or hurt his lil sisters fingers in 2 years.....or both sisters....could be twins next time

....hinge is like a slidy thing you can adjust the tension

Love the toy box and that you are making it is even better.

We did not get hit as badly as you did Rolling as most of the freezing rain went around us. Lots of snow though. Thank god for the snow blower.

 

I'm not doing a top at all yet. But I was looking at those soft close hinges for if I decide to eventually.
