my buddy crashed his motorcycle in 1977...he spent months in the hospital attatvched to a traction thing..he couldnt leave the bed for 6 months

during that time he was one of my best customers buying a couple viles of oil every week....

what blows my mind is that the older generations lived a lot longer/ healthier while consuming things that are bad for them, lard, bacon grease for example. butter vs margarine. now we "know" more, but we shoot ourselves in the foot with a lot of it. we have a vaccine for hpv, but in some people it crosses the blood brain barrier causing death. a friend of mine, my age, just had an aneurysm. gmo food,not long term tested, gets away with not being labeled, and makes money suing others because their crops are cross pollinating. part of the unhealthy food differences can be explained by work load, bacon, sausage, pancakes, eggs etc for the hard working farmer, but not all of it can be explained that way. how do we know what is actually bad for us, and what isnt? smoking we know is bad, i think that evidence is pretty obvious. but whats in our food? what about our water? is there a link between our flouridated water and the increase in fertility problems? who knows? who is doing the research? nobody. theres no money in it. like SIDS, like cancer. you make more money with the treatment, with the counseling. another friend of mine has breast cancer. linked to the birth control she took. id rather risk a baby than cancer, or an aneurysm. or a stroke, which are becoming more prevalent among young women. scary shit. now that i have a yard, i will be growing as much of my own food as possible.

 

you realize living in colorado you get little sympathy because weed is practically supplied at the welfare office now....lol

 

i didnt ask for sympathy... and im not on welfare, so not relevant. legalization will spread. and the first $40 million goes to schools. brilliant.

 

biggest change is a sense of peace, and less fear. its the only law ive habitually broken. now i can just worry about the federals. and are they going to pick on individuals? lot of work for them. (especially when more states legalize it)
the medical legalization had a bigger immediate effect, dispensaries are still going. caregivers are still growing. i think this change is more personal. its great to be here.

The more states that follow colorado, Will help them keep a better eye on the mexi boarder. They can focus on real drugs comming through. Yeah people will still want mexi brick dirt weed becaue its cheap, But id rather spend my money on good stuff and be on my way.
