Chats the way uh huh uh huh I like it!

I tried seroquel for a little bit, I couldn't manage to stay awake at all so it was switched. I'm on nothing now, just the odd clonazepam or ativan when needed. I'm lucky that my parents offered to pay for my CBT, otherwise I don't know where I would be right now.

 

When I had my episode in Aug, the emerg people put me on 400mg seroquil pills. They kicked the shit out of me. These ones are 100mg. I still get the tired but it doesn't knock me the fuck out.

 

Absolutely. I always make a list to take before seeing the doctor. Now that I take my Dad to all his appointments, I make a list for him as well, both things he has mentioned and things I have noticed. When you get to the appointment it is too easy to focus on one thing and forget the rest.

 

Oh man, even the 100mg ones knocked me out. I can't imagine 400. I guess I probably would have built up a tolerance to them eventually, but at the time I was still attempting to work and had to take sick days because it wasn't safe for me to be driving or using machinery.

 

CBT does sound good. I need to see what's free or scaled around here.
Though sometimes, I think a good personal trainer would do me as much good as a therapist.

 

Most definitely, exercise helps so much with pretty much every aspect of our physical and mental health.

Snow has stopped, now random off and on rain. I kind of want a snowstorm now, I'm starting to look forward to winter.
