Pretty much everything we do is bad for the ocean.
I'm not much for tanning. But there's probably way more bad crap in my sunscreen than a sun oil.

most tanning oils are natural and harmless to the ocean....o

f all the things that wreck oceans I am guessing tanning oils is very low on the list.....

to even think that its on a scale that would affet fish is kind of .....dunno the word I am looking for also....

to suggest spraying an animal in the eyes with tabasco sauce is pretty much a criminal act in civilized countries such as ours...

it is absolutely cruel on mind blowing level

I guess as long as moonglobs cat doesn't suffer its totally ok for someone elses cat to suffer immeasurably thousands of miles away

    good grief

spraying the cat with a hose...using a light spray will discourage it quite well with out needing to burn its fucking eyes out

I can be wrong on any initial thought.but I am also quick to correct that, and say so.....I was thinking of one of Irm's rabbits getting killed, and it was knee jerk reaction.....jerk....Yes, it was a jerky thing to say.

When we finally do run out of petroleum in the ground...there's a pretty decent supply of plastic floating around on the ocean...it's not too hard to break down plastic back into smaller molecules to burn as fuel and manufacture pharmaceuticals ;)

I got mad at some lady about a week ago dragging a water fountain of all thing thru my alley to throw it away behind my building...I have a CFC license and know that those things contain either R-22 or r-12 which is considered hazardous waste.

You have to recover the refrigerant out of it and pull a vacuum...you can't just dump the refrigerant. It is actually a $10,000 fine for anyone caught doing so. and I believe there's also pretty big reward for snitching on somebody too but I'm no snitch...You also have to keep good books, and document how much refrigerant was used to charge a system, how much was recovered etc...the chlorine in those refrigerants really fuck up the ozone. They don't manufacture them anymore...they use new refrigerant blends now but most of the refrigeration equipment still in use uses the old shit still but those oil school refrigerants are so expensive now it's almost not even worth it to recharge one of those cuz they wanna faze those chemicals out. It's actually illegal to manufacture CFCs. Now, all of what's in use is recycled refrigerant recovered from other systems.

She said she bought it, but it was broken:rolleyes: like, honestly when I saw her dragging that thing I saw dollar signs but I thought it was a bit too sketchy cuz I'd been awake so I told her that I couldn't help her with that thing.

And that same day I got something in the mail about hazardous wastes and what to do with it. It crossed my mind that she stole that shit but them why was she gonna just throw it away...recover the refrigerant and sell that and then scrap the copper coils and scrap steel for some $$$$$ and be nice to the environment.

I recycle everything...even the plastic bags my drugs came in. Sometimes the bags still have a picture of the molecule on it but I don't care;} Old appliances I strip down and separate the plastic housing and recycle the plastic and metal. Microwave transformers are fun to play with but I imagine the 2kV it puts out would kill u dead....those transformers aren't current limited:eek: the electric arc definitely sounds intimidating

Much like the pit bull thread, I don't see a problem ridding a pest that is trying to kill another animal. That's an eye for an eye, just like Judas!
But I'd rather not if I don't have to, not sure why I feel like that. I didn't really think about cats until I met Moonglow. =]

The mentality of the owners who get pit bulls for their aggressive purposes are as about as scummy as the dogs themselves. IMO.
If I was still on uncles farm I wouldn't have these problems. We'd of shot everything XD
My rifle is still locked up over there. Maybe a pellet rifle could be fun in the backyard.

There is far too much violence and corruption in this world....and it's all about $$$$$ too. And the police departments have strong motive to make all things drug related but it's not really about the drugs it's about the money:/

    added shiitake mushrooms
