A friend called the cops on an officer one time. He gave the person that answered the cops car number. The cop on the phone said "thats the captain." Myfriend said i dont care i want to make a complaint. The cop on the phone again said "thats the captain" then hung up the phone.

 

I guess they weren't going to find a person with enough rank to take that one on!

That's when you call your MP or whatever kind representative official and complain to them. There's always a head to go over if you want to pursue it. It's not an effort everyone has the stamina for.

i already know how big of a douche kanye is. between his treatment of taylor swift (imma let you finish.... i dont even like her music, but she didnt deserve that) and his opinion on books and reading (books be too wordy.) its obvious that hes a slimey ball of stereotypes.
