i haven't been to a big concert in a while so i'm extra excited.the venue is kinda strict and for some reason thinks its fine to hire people in their 50's and over to stand in the isles but it's all good. it's under a huge white tent and the water is about 20 feet to the left.

i have a question for the stoner's here

i have a health issue, not wanting to talk about it here, but it flares up and goes down...anyway I've been experiencing a flare-up for the past few days, and it's likely to last a few weeks. anyway the pain is unbearable, but I do have Roxy for that. What is affecting me the most (right now) is nausea. I even took a pregnancy test out of concern, negative. I hadn't puked until today, needed to last night but I resisted since I take my birth control at night.

ANYWAY I haven't eaten anything all day, it's 4 now and I've been up since 9. I've been dry heaving and puking up the water I drink. I'm MISERABLE. My boyfriend's at work telling me to smoke, but I'm scared that one cough or more will send me down another long dry heaving rampage, I can NOT handle this shit.

Do you guys have any remedies?

also i have bud and some edibles....i guess i could eat an edible...but it's chocolate and I'm scared i'll eat it, and it will come right back up. I'm sorry this is such a lame post but I want the advice of people here cuz I'm suffering..

    PUHlease any suggestions are welcome

Drink some gatoraid vibes.. heat is sucking the electrolytes out of you..
    eat some bananas..
Water will only flush the salt out of you. when salt you need most when its hot outside..

a doctor won't be able to do shit for this
i need to go shopping. we ALWAYS have gatorade, but we are out as of this morning when my boyfriend took the rest to work (he works outside) and i ate the last banana yesterday. I don't have the energy to go to the store right now either. I just called my mom who doesn't believe anything I say is real (EVEN with diagnosis) but she did suggest ginger ale or sprite. I don't drink sodas, and avoid HFCS which is in most sodas...but i'm trying sprite...and if that calms my stomach for a bit I'll try smoking.

my body is definitely needing food/substance too cuz I'm starting to shake.

    thanks orison

    Your mom's right.

    Ginger.

Real ginger ale, with real ginger in it. I think reeds does, and they kick ass. I don't know if the fermenting destroys the nausea-fighting chemicals, but fentimans makes a mean, albeit somewhat overly sweet (and british) fermented (0.5% ABV) ginger ale.

If you can keep it down, candied ginger (probably available in those little store-prepared bags at your local health/natural/organic food store, if you have that sort of place) works wonders, being pure ginger and all.... but it, in and of itself, can be hard on nausea at first (it's like dried/gummy ginger, rolled in sugar-but VERY strong ginger taste, as that's what almost all of it is, by weight)

So.... smoke more pot, hit up a health food store, consume ginger and MORE pot, and you should be set.... (health stores should also have reed's ginger beer, so your choice)

thanks man, i'll def hit up the little store nearby when I have enough energy/think I can go long enough without puking. If they have that ginger ale I might stock up...

would actual ginger work just as well?
