But every canadian i have ever met I have really loved.....I guess i want to go to a new place with good people and where my british citizenship might afford me some working/staying advantages. And once I can afford to pay for the visa, theres no reason why i can't head south. Also i've become pretty close to some kanooks on here and I'm sure they'd let me tent in their backyards.
Say whatever you want about the two countries but this sums it up Canada has Quebec. That's an automatic victory for United States.
Which we fought a bitter war to keep. The only thing Canadians are willing to do to keep French Canada is write their congress every now and then. Half of 'em could care less.
Well, a normal economy flight from Adelaide to Winnipeg is about $1800 Lets see, I have $300, of which $180 is for rent and I get $200 a week, so looks like i'll be in canada by 2010, yay!
there are pros and cons to every country just go be where you want to be canada's alright it could certainly be worse but its got its bad points one way you might find out how to get to canada cheapist is to compare prices and such and one of the things about canadians is we're very apathetic most people dont really care enough to fight a war over one province
Well, the shortest route from Australia to Canada is Sydney to Vancouver via Honolulu and its about $700 but that doesn't include tax and other fees, so we're probably talking a grand which isn't so bad, then i'll have to pay for the visa and save enough for bus fares to sydney and from vancouver to wherever i'll be staying. Then i'll have to save money to buy food and warm clothes once i'm over there. Its pretty do-able, I think i might make this my next goal.
Tell me about it, I still don't understand why Americans fought over the south, let them go oh right, winter vacations
