i did a workout from an old lady magazine and it was a motherfucker. it said do a page a day for six days. but i was likre'ooohhhhhh it's only three moves a page' so I decided to do the whole thing. fuck that. i'm going to stick with it, but fuck that hahahaq

 

funny I was doing this dance routine workout, very basic .. I think its in the movie grease, basically you lean forward, strut side to side, while clicking your fingers.. try doing it perfectly over and over. its harder than you think ..
