It's been very warm here too, yesterday it was in the 70s clear sky and beautiful. Today is going to be warm, around mid 60s and then rain tomerrow and cold after that. Such crazy weather going on everywhere.

Well, I'm off to peddle puppies. If I sell them I can put in some more $ on the Ranger Fund. We dont have too much to go now, we're over the half way mark.. We're almost there ppl.

The shut off date is 2-1-11 so let me know if there's something coming in the mail and I'll hold off till it gets here.

Chris, I never did get your 'letter' I would put a trace on it if I were you bc it didnt make it.

If someone would give Dana a poke and remind her she made a pledge and ask if she can get it in the mail asp I would apperciate it.

Yippie, I sold a puppy. I will add 15$ more to the Ranger Fund which will bring the total up to 335.00.

We need 265.00 and Ranger is home free and can have his surgeries. Dig Deep ppl, we can do this, we can save Ranger's life. How much is Ranger's life worth?!?

If I can stand out in a walmart parking hustling puppies In The Rain, then I would think that there would be others that would get up off their asses to help save a mans life, Ranger's life.

I really cant understand why it's taken this long to scrape up a few hundred bucks. I mean if I can send $ then anyone can bc I am about as broke as it gets. I am willing to do without a few things that I dont really need and give the $ to Ranger. How would I live with myself if I spent the $ on something I didnt really need instead of helping my Brother!! How can anyone?

I know there are folks out there that can and are able but arent giving. Why? Can we show some LOVE ppl, can we let Ranger know that he can count on us. Let's save a life shall we.

I wasnt wake I was sleeping at my desk.. didnt wanna miss anything..lol

I leave my pc on most all the time. I get up all hours of the night and came in here and see if anyone is rockin.

I think folks are hiding from me so I wont ask them AGAIN for $ for Ranger. I did touch base with Dana and she's sending a check, she had missplaced the information. I'm still waiting for ChrisWah's check, it never made it yet but I'm sure it will be here any minute

Danny suggested I send out emails about Ranger's condition. I sent the emails that I have/kmow some of them arent current and get a mailer demon. Maybe if some of y'all have some email addys you could help me out and send out the call to arms to rally for Ranger. I'm just one little woman here doing the work of 10 men , pass the word!

We are so close to our goal, only 265 to go. Wouldn't it be cool if we got that all in by the end of the week and Ranger could get his Heart Stent. Failure is not in our vocabulary. Even if you dont know Ranger you could still help out. 3 fellow Human Beings that dont know any of us gave for Ranger, true compassionate ppl.

Just think of me as Jerry fuckin Lewis and this is The Ranger Telethon. We have the talent to carry it off. We have singers, dancers, jokesters, and jugglers. We have palm readers and card dealers and a midget in the background. There be pickers and grinners and a pull on the jug. 10,000 hippie inna big group hug.

We all stand together or else we fall down and roll with the flow as we hit the ground.
Between the masses that stop by for some truth. You're welcome to join in and set up your booth.

With 86,000 and something odd views, I would think that by now everyone's heard the news. About how Ranger has got the blues. He need his brothers and sisters too. To step up and say I'm here for you.

Hi Cakes....HMMM no letter from us? OK well then I am going to put out another letter to YOU at the addy in the post above.

I am over here in Halawa for apx a month to see if I can get back in some sort of health. Molokai has that energy for me and every time something that has made me very Ill I come to Halawa and SOMETHING here seems to cure or at least stop the deaseases that try to afflict me!!!!

Since I am over here it will take probally appx 4-5 days from TODAY but Nails please look for a letter FROM MOLOKAI Hawaii.

I will see if my valley neighbor will go out today and if so new letter will hit the boat by tommorrow then off to you in TX. If they do not go out then I will do it tommorrow. I can get Ranger and Rita $100. Nails remember tho it may take 4-5 days.

The eye people want to 'consult' with the heart people and that means the have to go through my 'Primary Doc' to get to my heart Doc. My PD wants to see me Tues the 8th and then....????? back it square 1???.
In the mean time I awoke around three am Thursday with a cough that wouldn't quit. Couldn't stop coughing long enough to breathe or speak loud enough to wake Rita! After two days of trying to deal with it and the acompaning fever etc using herbs and over the counter nostrums I finally broke down and went the AMA route and am on my third day of antibiotics. As of today I can be indoors long enough to start getting caught up on email etc.
I'll try to catch up more tommorow folks.

That's why I been hammering on about the Camper. IDK how cold it is there but it's like 9 here, so I know it is colder there in the higher elevation. I am glad you got your phemonia shot or there's no telling what it could have delveloped into.

Hey Sug, When you get into the Camper will your Heart doc, then, do the surgery to place the Stent. If they are giving you shit, give me their name and # and I will get their asses moving.

I have a way of cutting through the Red Tape. When ppl start making Noise they tend to get on the ball, just to shut you up. I dont shut up real easy when I am fighting for a cause.:boxing_smiley: I have had a life time of experience with doctors and the governments BS. I have been known to call the white house to get action and action I get. I aint skeerd.

I understand that the heart doc wont let you have the caterac surgery bc he's afraid your heart will stop under anistisia. Also that they will not place the Stent bc you have to be able to stand up and not be crawling in and out of the back of a Van.

Help IS on the way Ranger, we almost have enough $ to get you up out of that parking lot and into something suitable for your recovery. Just hang on Brother. We are here for you.

I was about to become disinchanted with Human Beings. I was beginning to wonder what it was all for. What we stood for, what we went through.

I was beginning to think that there was no compassion left in our culture. What ppl refer to as Hippies.

I have given and given to the ones that ask, without asking for anything but LOVE in return and to Pay It Forward. I know that that is what we do. That is what we are about. Standing together in Unity being solid and Real.

We are all brothers and sisters under the same sky inhabiting the same planet. We are all Human Beings. ( well except for the ETs that hang out)
We all strive for the same things in life. A home, fulfilling work to do and most of all we want LOVE, we want to be loved and give love. We are not happy without it flowing from one to the other.

We are a Communal species and tend to seek companionship. We need eachother to survive, to procreate and have a family unit where LOVE is formost. Unconditional Love that knows no bounds. A Spiritual Love that bonds beyond life.

A Connection that triggers a spark within you and causes you to reachout in acceptedness, drinking in the Love Energy that ignites the flame and bruns deep in your heart.

A connectedness that brings realization that we are all in this together. There is no person exempt from disaster. It could strike any of us at any time.

Sometimes we forget in our preoccupation with life, that we have an obligation to one another to be there for eachother when we need LOVE.
Love comes in many forms but it is the Love for your fellow man that fills your sails.

If you value yourself, your life, what you have built around you for comfort and you are safe, then that is when you Give to help others. It's like Paying It Forward. Giving back to keep the flow going, where there is always something in the pot for disasters and your Karma Points are on high bc you did pay it forward and disaster passes you by.

That's what I mean about being connected. We send, whatever, to this and that cause, for some charity that you never see the ppl that get the services, never know if they really get the services. Yet there are millions being sent to this or that Org. So much that countries should have been changed by now.

What kept me going was the spark of human kindness that I saw in this Hippie forum. How ones were concerned over the needs of another. Even when times were/are tough and there is little to spare we came into our own and gave without regret.

That is The Hippie Heart, that is what we leave as our legacy. The Originals, the ones that know what it is about, the ones that in their lives have faced disaster and were helped up by other Human Beings.

If we didnt have eachother where would we be now. I am humbled at the response and the offerings made in Ranger's behalf. I am sending out so much love and thankfullness to all that have shown the LOVE we were given to share with one another.
