Church Operations Business

I would like to make the motion that the Board make this meeting into both a General Meeting and combined with a Board Meeting, so we can officially have both and be legal within our bylaws. Other wise we need 2 separate meetings.

A Second, please, and a Vote from Ranger Mary and Me.

I vote YES for the PR Committee. I think that's three votes. If so, that is a majority and that one carries. As well.

As we do need to do a May 2013 Board Meeting. (Ranger, another meeting)

If there is no further business, I would like to move that we officially close these two meeting. And then after that We open the next Board Meeting. All are welcome to attend.

I'm asking for either further new business or a Second and then votes on closing the meetings.

Think we need 3 out of 5 votes to pass. Sag. can vote cause we're trying to close a general meeting too.
