Oops...sent my prc vote by pm to SH...still not enuf

 

We have 4 nominees and only 3 seats?

 

When we all voted for the executive board members there were5 noms for 3 seats. No difference.

 

Well...if you would rather not have my proxy, I could give it to ranger

Committees are Board votes. 3 is more then enough. PR passes.

I thought Mike quit the board and decided to sweep the parking lot. Am I wrong??? Mike, are you on the Board or here as a member? It's hard to figure out what we need for a Board majority vote went people keep going off the board and on the board.

Board was Ranger, Mary, Ken, Spud, A.C., Mike. Please get something official on Mike. We cannot continue with a 6 member board that is a 5 member board, then a 6 member board, that becomes 5 member board. Somebody nail this down. Okay?

Anyway a Board majority is the majority of the Board members who are in attendance for that particular meeting. Count heads.

 

I have to apologize to everyone for my failure to 'get with it'. I have been very sick this past week, with fever and a sinus infection.

Sag Nasty..I'm not sure if I can take your proxy, but if I am not mistaken. Our by-lays says no proxy's? Kenny is that correct?

We don't do proxy , but if he's tells folks in advance that if this happens then I vote tat way, then that would certainly count.

I did that with the PR committee. I said, if you can get one person to agree to being on the committee, then I vote YES. Otherwise No.

(Ranger) so we don't need 2 more meetings.

I only see 3 of us here one a regular basis. So, I think that any 2 people are a majority. Certainly 2 Board Members for the Board vote.
