And then you guys accuse me of not reading stuff and of not being there.

Also, I keep repeating (And NOBODY listens) the Exec Board forms it's own committees. It's not a General Meeting VOTE! I say Again. It's not a General Meeting VOTE.

The Board consists of Spud (absent) A.C., Ranger, Mary and Kenny. 3 out of 4 is a majority vote. If you count AC as being here and voting. If you don't count him as being here to vote, and I don't see it that way, then the vote is unanimous.

Mike quit the board and decided to sweep the parking lot. Mike is not on the Board. It's in the Record.

I didn't miss it, I was there.
I voted 4 times to have the PR committee. I said 4 times that it was a majority. And it passed.

Zev didn't accept publicly.
A.C. Finally accepted publicly

So, far we legally have 2 members, Mike and A.C.

I see where the confusion lays. When I said you didn't vote Kenny, I meant you did vote for any of the nominees.

I did/do read your posts. I was talking about something else is all, sorry I didn't make that clear.

 

Since No one else has come forth in two weeks, maybe we should go with the two we have, unless anyone else wants a seat.. Sag Nasty, do you want a seat on the PRC?

As far as I am concerned, You named 2 people for the committee at the same time as you put forth the idea of a committee.

So, to my mind the vote was rolled into one thing. The 2 people and the committee.

I voted a million years ago for what you first said and what was seconded and put out there for a vote.

A PRC with Zev and A.C. WE 3 each vote YES to exactly what you originally stated. A PRC with Zev and A.C. I said 3 Board votes is a majority and it passes. If they accept.

If you want to add Mike, that was seconded too and he accepted. We voted for Mike. All done. Mike!

Zev needs to come into the meeting and accept the nomination, for the record. I don't know why that is so hard to do. If ya don't come to meetings then you probably would fulfill the committee office either. If he accepts, that's all done.

Now 2 people, waiting for 3rd. person.

If others want on this committee, hey, fine with me. Nominate them. They need to accept.

 

Like I said, I promote this every day. Most aren't that interested in joining any kind of group. They are much too comfortable with the status quo. Remember when I said I was looking for a tbought to create a following? Still meditating on it. When it comes, which it will, I'll be sure to let everyone know.

 

Don't worry, as soon as we hit the mega-millions lotto they come a swarmln'....lol

 

I'd settle for gas and food money to make the rounds and see everyone in person just once this summer.

Hubilicious bought me two Concord Grape Vines, three Blueberry Bushes and is taking me out for supper.

He offered to cook some steaks on the grill but when he cooks, I always seem to be in the kitchen cooking the side dishes for the steak and having to clean up afterwards. I opted for going out.
