B) I vote that we just appoint them to the damn committee like you did to begin with so the VOTING WILL STOP.

C) Who is Linda? And She is not eligible to vote.
That is one of the only rules that we actually have. You have to have posted in the month or so, prior to the meeting. You can't just show up at a meeting and expect to vote.

D) the Exec board votes establishes and votes committees. Not the General Meeting.

F) No Fair. You have all had coffee and I haven't.

 

If the vote is out of the way. I would like to hear the progress on the 5013c if any is availble and if not, could we get an idea of when we might hear something

There's 3 Board members at Exec Meeting part of the deal. The others are basically not really here. 2 out of 3 is a majority. If you get 3, then it's an unanimous vote.

Appoint them all, and skip the voting. Please.

 

I second the motion to have Sags 79 Subaru run for a seat on the Church board of directors.

 

I would like to make a motion to Close the 2 May Meeting. As there is not further REAL business.

And to immediately OPEN Our MAY board of directors meeting. Before it turns into June. Like Right Now.

Yes, Ranger. having this new board had a majority vote a month ago. The first 2 people were initially appointed to the board without a vote. Them someone said we needed to vote for them. They are voted for. it's all over.

I recommend that we vote for them some more. Are we having fun yet?
