Is there any Old Biz'nez we need to discuss?

 

Am I allowed to place biz on the table?

 

It's ok by me if S_H has no objections, although Kenny may object on a parlamentarian basis and if so we'll deal with it then.

 

Actually it has a direct impact on my prc position. I would like an update on our 501c3 application.

 

I don't know if the by-laws allows other than exe board members. Kenny would know. but he has left the building.

I also must leave for the afternoon.

I shall return, but I bet Kenny will be back before I am, he will tell you Sag Nasty.

I believe that Kenny will address the 501 when he returns. He mentioned that he was, in a previous post.

New meeting. Good.
Sag any member may attend any board meeting. You can bring up and discuss any topic. Technically members need to be recognized by the chair. But I don't think that anybody cares about that as it is such a small meeting. The Chair is Ranger pres. if he's present, and/ or Mary as co-pres/ VP etc. if he's not. Just Gen info. Not that it matter.

Old business: there is none.

501c3
As to the status of the 501c3. There has been no progress. We still need to read all of the stuff twice and figure out how to get it right.

What I read was we had to have a clergy person, ordained. To fill that space in on the form.

That was the thing that was holding me back from finishing the form. We don't have an ordain minster. I am ordained Minister but I don't have the paper saying so. I will send for my papers on the 3 of next month.

 

I want to get papers too!

Get you some papers darlin' Then we'll be trump tight. Ranger's getting his. Mine will be here soon. I was ordained 3/19/12.

The whole package is 26.35. I'm going for that one.

 

We could all get ordained and have our own monastery which would be awesome.

As we go along here, in our search for wisdom which is universal and our doctrine is acceptance of all faiths. I am wondering about certain practices in some faiths and our affiliation with them.

For instance. I do not want to be affiliated with a 'religion' that worships satan, uses blood rituals, human sacrifice or any mutilation on female children, or male either.

I further do not want to be affiliated with any dark cult that practices black magic. I will not be associated with anyone that is not here to do good works in the name of LOVE.GOD is Love and Love is GOD. GOD is a title, like king but in the highest form of the word.

We say we welcome all, but do we. Do we embrace the muslim doctrine...do we say, 'you who want to participate in evil practices' are welcome in my home. To sit next to me at the table and break bread. To talk like old friends and laugh together while they secretly plot our demise.

Should we define ourselves more clearly as to who joins or infiltrates us, or should we not care.

It seems to me, we should have a code of ethics of some sort. A code of honor that we all agree to adhere to. As a Church, we have to follow a doctrine. That's why they are created, for ppl who are like minded on their belief system and there-by supporting that belief system by practicing the 'established' code of ethics, so to speak.

I am wondering what our code of ethics are.

 

You have a valid point there and it does deserve study and discussion. However we may be blowing it even now. To quote "I further do not want to be affiliated with any dark cult" and yet we endevor to consort with the IRS?

 

Yes, to be exempt we must conform to their rules.

 

It seems there has been some kind of computer glitz about Zev's acceptance of being on the PRC. He says he did and something must have happened in nanoland and it was not recived.

I motion that we of course give Zev a seat here and now.

I FOUND ZEV ACCEPTANCE FOR PRC.. I declare an oversight on our part and make a seat for him right now on the PRC, with no vote needed.

 

How could we have made such an error. I have apologized to him and told him he certainly does have a seat on the prc.
