Okay, kids. I've been reading it all and I have been following along, and I had no idea what you were talking about. So, I asked.

And you can't start saying that well we're the only ones here and so it doesn't matter. Of course it matters.
Also you all have already stated that this thread is an official record of our meetings. Like these are like actual minutes of the meetings.

So, if you are going to start abbreviating things, you must first spell it our entirely, and then follow that with and abbreviation.

So, we were talking about having a meeting for The Church of The Good Earth (COTGE) in the first part of next mouth, too.
Where you would first state the name or word and then introduce the (abbreviation) in a leading sentence and then us the abbreviation in later sentences. Make sense?

We are talking about 501 c 3 (hereafter c3).

Not sure. I am not going to be there until July 14 at the earliest. Car was more costly than estimated. I am coming, just not willing to get there flat broke. Kinda broke, yes. Just not penniless.

 

Don't know if that's relevant here, Kenny, but I want very much to be a part of this.

 

A bit of old business, again Kenny I ask when you start laying down rules/laws please cite your authority chapter and verse.

 

Mark, you are very much part of this, what ever this is, you're right in the middle of it.

I think that there are unanswered questions that you have yet to answer about the 501c3. You stated last month that the forms had not be started yet. Is that still the case, have you made any progress in the 3 months you've had them.

I know you have been extremely busy with work and your health. I know Mark has asked and offered to help you when he gets down there to AR. I hope that he can help, if help is what is needed to get this done.

I still have the $ for the filing fee and MO to send it. But it is getting close to, well whatever deadline we have to get it done so I don't have to fill out income tax forms from the fed. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable, esp with all the issues with the gov these days.

 

I just got done 4 days of work. Saw my Primary Care Physician, everything is better than ever. Blood pressure is now normal. Lost a few pounds. All good.

6:30 a.m. at hospital for colon deal. I think I'll have Mary go in my stead because that in NOT my Shift. It's her's.

 

I don't see any real business here.

I would like to just move that we close this meeting and move to the other space.

Cite Authority? If I'm the secretary and I have no idea what somebody is talking about, I guess that I should speak up. Right?
