Circumsized or uncircumsized?

A few facts, folks. I'll try not to present them in an emotional way:
1) circumcision became a strong recommendation of American doctors just after the civil war. The experience of having such great numbers of men grouped together proved that masturbation was rampid in the country. Religious zealots were proclaiming the practice evil. Doctors knew the cutting off the 4skin reduced the sexual pleasure in men, so to silence the religious folks (many doctors being of the religious persuasion) they began to recommend cutting. Even today the practice persists, propelled by more religious people as a way to be 'Jew like' meaning being more like Jesus, who as a Jewish boy was circumcised on the 8th day of his life.
2) The penis, like its sister the clitoris, is an internal organ, placed by evolution outside the body (for ovious reasons!). It is protected by the foreskin from outside injury and drying by exposure. (Think of your tongue, testicles, or other innards being exposed to air all the time!)
3) The 4skin contains many thousands of nerve endings which were developed by evolution to enhance the pleasure of sex. The 4skin in an adult male is about seven square inches of protection and enhancement. The glans penis is that which we call 'the head,' and of necessity is far more sensitive when kept moist.
4) The 4skin acts as a lubricant in intercourse. It is a moveable sheath which allows the penis to glide in and out without chaffing a woman's vaginal lips. Fully drawn back by the time it enters the back of the vulva the sensitive nature of the penis is fully charged. To remove the 4skin removes these enhanced pleasure makers on the penis. 7 sq. inches of skin containing thousands of nerve endings, and the accompanying preservation of the glans through moisture and lack of raw rubbing on clothing - is lost to the individual in circumcision.
5.) The practice taks place usually less than 40 hours after birth, in a cold OR, with the baby strapped naked to a board. The screaming child is covered , as is the physician's robe and table, in blood. (The penis even in a day old baby, is a major source of blood collection - hardon.) The child is physically and emotionally traumatised, cold, bleeding when returned to the mother, who assumes that only a little damage was done. The effects on the psychy are still unknown.
6. Obviously, the circumcised male cannot have any indication of what he is missing. If he did (my emotional reaction) he'd hunt down the doctor and shoot hm. But 'what you've never had, you never miss' so you turn instead to justifying how you look and feel. The natural man has no way of communicating his intense sexaul pleasue in masturbation, intercourse, or any other use in which the penis is involved. So quit the jockying back and forth. Neither side has the slightest idea of what the other feels.
6) The practice remains popular in the US today ony because dads want their sons to 'look like me in the shower.' And surgeons know the value of quick and easy $$$ when they see it. Go to

ahhh. so likely it was women who came up with circumcision in order to actually have longer intercourse.

Are you girls suggesting that I think women are in any way involved? It is not the business of any woman to be involved in this discussion/challenge. Have the kid and leave him alone 'til he can make a decision for himself. Similarly, it would be wrong if I should suggest that women wear sneakers and have their heads shaved. Some things are, I believe, 'gender specific.' I even shied away from suggesting that moms leave their sons whole - although actually it is they who usually sign the form. In concert with your remarks, the old Jewish adage is that circumcision is the "Jewish mothers' revenge!" Sorry that my attempt (albeit possibly a poor one) to seriously add to the discussion provoked such a teenybopper outpouring. Your comments really are examples of feminism rejecting any allies; known as radical feminism. I specifically did not refer to your gender in my writing for that very reason. Sorry, harpies, not germane!

aside from giving you shit, poor little man, i was against circumcision, my husband is FOR the cutting. i'm happy we had girls.

I don't blame you for being scared of an uncut penis as most American girls born before 1980 have never seen one unless they went to Australia, New Zealand or Europe.

Believe it or not, skin covering the head of a the penis is natural.

I'm cut but I doubt I would do it to my kid. There are way too many risks to outweigh the benefits. Plus it's just an old religious thing.

 

I am cut with a loose cut. I just read the whole thread, and all I can say is wow.... Most of the guys who are cut could care less, but those who are uncut seem to be all pissed off about us getting cut. Dudes thanks for your concern but really it's no big deal. And calling it amputation, is way to misleading of a term, if you pinch the skin on your arm and cut off the patch between your fingers, wouldn't you still have your arm? Just my thought.

 

I'm cut and I hate being cut, so much so that I restored what could be restored of my foreskin, I now have enough skin that it covers the glans when soft and glides when erect, it's awesome. restoring does have it's downside: I can't see circumcision as a minor thing anymore, just mutilation, I've lived being cut and I am experiencing what I can of having a foreskin, I would never wanna go back

And to above, I've looked up on that because at one point I was really curious, and maybe you're lucky or maybe it's in your head, but trying to go from cut back uncut when studied basically had the same results of going from uncut to cut, it really made no diference in sexual pleasure to most men
