Identity is a big thing, and it changes all the time for a lot of people. But i think that, if people are willing to look and have the courage to look, they will always know what their identity will end up as. To most people happiness doesnt just come, it has to be worked for. To identify what it is that will make you truely happy is just half of it. To acheive is the goal.

Identity, for the most part in younger years, doesn't stop changing, but you know who you are. Nobody else does, just yourselves. You grow old and it starts to become less and less necessary...

One thing I've never found out... why in the hell do people always think I'm under the influence of something.

If you give crap , why be insulted when you reciece it.. Goverments and the Media only reflect (to a point) what we are giving them. Trust me they are far more experianced and inteligent than we give them credit. Our team is no match for their team.

I do believe death is the end to our existence.. you are in slight denial with that thought process. Maybe you hold onto the notion so as to continue the complex point raised about 'why are we here'. The truth is as simple as the dot on 'i'.

Plus 'crap' perpetuates its own 'crap'...

Well, at times, I can be a superstitious person, but that's just a form of paranoia. I don't really enjoy paranoia, for the most part. It's that people believe teams work better than individuality, once you dillute all logical details involved.

I get a kick out of it when I am under the influence of something. That's generally when people think I'm not. :p

Yes once you disolve all logical details.. you do infact create a coherent logical truth..

It can be a little weird at times...

  10. I wasn't "in" any clique but I was involved in the activities of almost every clique, I didn't really fit in with any of them but there was still a fair level of acceptance for my skills and knowledge of things and sundry jazz like that

I would have said 'what' as well..Its very well having 'out there' or none conformist opinions..but you have to think that the dull answer has a point as well. What about providing a safe environment were kids of similar ages can have time with their peers, share thoughts and have a laugh..While the parents enjoy time for themselves and be away from 'strange' young persons like yourself .. that is no insult by the way. Having heightened political social examples of why this is that way and the the other is another .. even if (your) said answer is just to prevoke a response of bewilderment..does sometimes deny the real purpose of certain things..and if you don't actualy believe what you are saying has any real credance whats the point ..On the other hand what if you do believe what you say has a truth, can you accept the 'dull' version ?... or is it a bit benal ?.

Oh, I accept the dull version, I just don't see the value in it on my side. I don't live in a city and there isn't very much violent crime, so I'd rather go write by the river a couple miles down the road... of course, it can be a pain in the ass when I have to carry a cell phone around the whole way.

Yeah i can understand that..as long as you accept the other truth..then thats reasonable..fly with your thoughts as high as you like.. just don't get too close to the sun.

Hahaha, I kind of screwed around with that. They pretty much understand my dislike for having to carry a damn cell phone. :p I've left a cell phone at a store (on purpose) just so they wouldn't call me or give me one when they didn't get the point. :p I don't know... Most pay phones around here work and I can easily get change to use them. I'm never in an emergancy... I think one person gets murdered in my county every three years or so, generally because some dude comes home to his trailer to find his sister in bed with his brother-in-law... that or mafia or something like that. :p

I am so glad cell phones were damn expensive and of not of reasonable size for a young person to carry around, when i was younger. Trust me my mum would have been on my case ALL the time.

I had a diverse range of friends, many different cultural backgrounds... In the city I grew up, 40% of the population were people from Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, etc... I hung out with a lot of the asian kids... also had a few muslim friends, one albanian, one pakistani.. most of those people were really into self defense and martial arts, so i consider them the martial arts clique, i'de work out with them an stuff... just becuase i hung out with them, everyone assumed that i knew some crazy martial arts technique thru highschool, but i really didnt know anything. and than i chilled w/ the usual stoner/drug dealing crowd for a few years... and the Hardcore Scene in my city consisted of me and like 6 others... we'd just chill and play music in my friends room during lunch and stuff... But yea, I wouldnt really lump them into one clique... if i had to choose cliques itd be stoners/music geeks/martial arts masters...
I look back at my highschool clique life, and I realize that none of my friends were Christian. Interesting.
