I still keep it because it fits and looks good. I have several t-shirts that I wear to work, school and in public from my grade school days. They're not young and childish t-shirts either, mostly sporty. I have this old staff McDonald's t-shirt that I wear often which I got as a hand-me-down from a hand-me-down. I wear a bunch of soccer shorts that still fit me, I have a jean skirt that I sewed up from an old pair of jeans from grade school, and I have an actual pair of jeans that I patched up as well. Most of my clothes are second hand. Either I bought them from thrift stores (I usually check out thrift stores in all the places I travel to find souvenirs instead of bringing back some of the touristy junk) or my friends and I organize clothing exchanges. We gather up all the belts, jewelry, clothes, shoes, bags, whatever and make an afternoon trading the stuff we don't want with each other and get drunk. The stuff that nobody wants gets hauled off to a donation box. It's a great way to get some things that still have the tags on them for free.
I've been shopping for jeans for about a month now. Haven't found what I'm looking for yet. That gives you the idea. It took me months to find a pair of sneakers. Dandy stuff. I'm also tiny for a guy so it's hard to find stuff my size.
I see no problem with this, if it fits than why not? I like your clothes exchange idea, it's smart. Pretty much all my stuff goes to my brothers or sisters... more my brothers since my sisters don't like my old style, which was band t-shirt and jeans. lol
I saved it because I was going to make a "funny" animated photoshoped picture, with him and a few other people here (taken out of context ofcourse). If I don't get around to doing it before Friday I'll delete it.
