Those are gorgeous! I love that area. Nothing near as nice as yours, just a quick phone pic, but.... the geese are still here! Guess they were only practicing the other day.
^^^ Wow, what a beautiful place. Do you need a maid? A cook? Geisha girl? I'll stoop as low as I have to. :-D Must take a lot to maintain. Labour of love, I'm sure.
As in a roommate to share the workload or someone to share your life with? I think the first is a much easier goal to reach. lol
Tyrson, I Noticed In The Interior Pics One Shows A Spiral Staircase, Since You Don't Seem To Have An Upstairs I Assume That Brick Structure On Your Roof Is Some Kind Of Observation Lookout...???.... Cheers Glen.
Spiral stairs go from the basement to the roof... The roof over my bedroom is flat, there used to be a deck up there. Brick structure on the roof is the chimney... It has three flues in it.
In Keeping With The Original Plan Of The House.......Do You Intend To Restore The " Sun Baking Deck"..... :sunny: Cheers Glen.
We need some inside pics! I like that idea, but then I have an affinity for roofs. I used to climb to the roof as a kid and sit there for hours and one of the apartments in a house I lived in in my 20's had a roof I could get to, I loved that. Yet another apartment, a highrise, had a lookout deck on the roof with gardens. I vote you put that project at the top of the list.
There were some beautiful colours at the lake today. I spent a few hours there, it was pretty crisp out but the sun was beaming brilliantly and warmed things up a bit.
Where's Waldo? (Hint: He's masquerading as a squirrel.) It was so wonderfully mild today with beautiful colours in the sky and over the glassy water.
