haha, good question. i really like 2ce too, and have limited experience with tryptamines. only mushrooms and LSD (but i don't count L as a trypt)
but i don't think 2ce is gonna be very similar to any tryptamine really.

 

The trypt/PEA experiences overlap by about 50%. A lot is similar, euphoria, visual effects, even some similar effects to the ego. but they are distinct in the other 50%, in ways i don't think can be summed up.

 

any tryptamine that similar to 2ce come to mind? i know you haven't had much experience with 2ce though mr. writer

 

Yeah just one 15mg dose. And I would say the closest it reminded me of was DPT oddly, but only in some aspects. The 2c-e euphoria, head space, body high, and effect on senses was very very unique but also very "familiar" and "expected", not in a dissapointing or unexciting sense, more in the sense of "aha, this is what youve been waiting for".

It's nice. I can't wait to do higher doses, where it will be interesting to compare 2c-e ego loss with DPT ego loss.

When I say, the 2C-E of trypts, I basically mean which synthetic tryptamine is most powerful of that branch, while being relatively safe? I know 2C-E is up there for PEA's in strength, behind 2C-P and a few others that barely hit the street. Though I'm not looking to die any time soon, nor am I looking to flirt with a chemical that holds the potential in relatively dose sensitive quantities.

 

well i think mr. writer answered that question with DPT. it's known to be pretty fucking intense (a gross understatement) and relatively safe. i don't know of any deaths attributed to it, and some people have snorted some pretty large amounts. it's also been IMed and probably IVed

i know writer has also said that some 2ce TRs sounds like how he would describe DPT

 

This is more of a rhetorical question but where does one even go about getting DPT?

Do you have to go to New York and join that religion that uses it as a sacrament? I imagine some festivals might have it. I read about it in Daniel Pinchbeck's book 'Breaking Open the Head' I would try it once but it doesn't seem like something I would enjoy.

i dont want too much read into my 2c-e/dpt comparison. i just found 2c-e to be quite 'pushy' and showed some real potential even at a low dose . . . but its still lightyears behind dpt ime. i remember my first try of dpt, 25mg, i thought i was dying for real, i was in bed saying goodbye to everybody i loved, saying goodbye to everything in life i loved . . . it was no joke. dpt is voodoo magic.
