whats to stop le from finding that vendors hushmail or safe-mail account and getting it wiretapped. If people didn't know, hushmail and safe-mail "encryption" is bullshit and was already 'broken' during operation raw deal.

Ok you found a dudes E-mail address online who says he will sell you drugs. That means, LE probably has found his E-mail address to, and are watching it. You want to send this dude your shipping address now to his E-mail account along with a request he send you drugs? It is quite silly if you look at it in reality.

What you really want to do is encrypt your address and order to his private key with his public key. Now even if he has his email watched, they can't find out who you are or what you want. And he is probably using Tor or WiFi or both, so they can't find out who he is.

If you are not using manual encryption, and he is not using random wifi or tor, I can promise you that if you are trading in anything other than analogs you will both be in jail sooner or later.
