Conjoined Twins and Marriage

I'm still stuck on the legalities of marriage.

Would it be two women marrying one man?

If there were two men would they each be marrying the same woman?

I guess they'd just shack up.

these days, getting a picture taken with someone does not necessary mean you're dating them. and i'm no doctor, but i really don't think being a conjoined twin is hereditary.

Their problems are due to their condition. I don't think they can pass them on.

I would be more worried that pregnancy would be too much stress on their system.

 

I read somewhere last week that the left head controls the left side of the body, and the right head controls the right side. Their spinal cords come together somewhere near the middle of the back.

I'd say. Since the heart is a little off-center to the left, I guess the left head's brain controls the heart. But there's a lung on each side and only one diaphragm. How would that work? I can't imagine.

And...I guess what they both eat goes into one stomach? God almighty!

If each head controls one half the vagina, they would have to be very careful to push at the same time at delivery. Nah, that would never work. Too complicated. They would have to do a c-section.

One head and brain equals one person, so a man could legally marry only one head, and her half of the body.

I guess every fuck would be half monogamy and half adultery!

If they ever had a kid, they would have to use DNA testing to figure out who the mother was. I'm assuming that each head controls one ovary, and you wouldn't know right away which one produced the egg that was fertilized. The DNA in each ovary's eggs would match the head on that side, and that should determine the mother's name listed on the birth certificate.

This is the most thoroughly mind-bending thing I've thought about in a long time!

You have to know that each wife had both brothers as her lovers. It's not like one of them could be chloroformed and just not present for the conception of those 21 children.

 

Well, forget what I said earlier about DNA. Conjoined twins have to be identical twins, not fraternal, so they have the same DNA. That means that all the eggs from both ovaries are going to be the same. So they can put both names on the birth certificate for 'mother' or they can flip a coin.

The kid is just going to be stuck with buying two Mother's Day gifts every year.

You know the girl with the left head had a hard time with her driver's license test, having control of only the left foot and left arm. That's an awkward reach in an American car. Right-side girl should always drive.

When I saw these girls I realized how fortunate it is that my triplet granddaughters were born with no health problems.

I'm glad the conjoined twins are happy. Why wouldn't they be? This is their life - the only one they know and the only one they will get. Why spend it unhappy?

I've no idea what they'd do because technically they have 2 seperately thinking brains so it is two people. And if they only control half the body each then unless the murder was commited using both halves of the body it would only technically be one halves crime and not the other....hmmm....

 

I hope they don't end up having political arguments, with the left head being liberal and the right head conservative!

That's going to be a huge problem, unless they do something like telemarketing or customer service by phone.

I don't think the other one could deny being an accomplice.

Fortunately for the girls, they should agree most of the time on most things, since their brains were formed from the same DNA and they've had all the same life experiences. Identical twins seem to have great relationships.
