Oatmeal will just give me horrifying lingering gas and chase all my friends out of the room, even if I am not present in the room. So as healthy as the experts say this stuff is, ive still given up on it for myself. I'd rather suffer from a massive heart attack and die from the lack of healthy oatmeal in my diet if its just going to make me smell like ive schitten myself everywhere I go.
Don't worry, you won't die from a heart attack by not eating oatmeal, or cheerios, or whatever the people on TV are saying is good for you.
Probably not, but poor cardiovascular health is somewhat hereditary for me. Hell im in good physical condition and all according to any doctor or physical therapist ive met, but when the time comes it comes. Don't matter how "healthy" I am.
