What happens now, is the lastest racket the courts play.

You'll get off , no jail. But you'll be put in some sort of rehab program.. cause you have to be a addict right.... So pee test and meetings . some counciling by some state worker. Till you're 18 or 19 depends on how Mo. .. Ne. is 19

and your parents are going to get to pick up the bill for all of it... sweet racket

i hadnt even smoked that day i was actually (i told this to the guy but it SOUNDS cheesy and fake) picking it up for a friend. they gave me gas money to go and get it

i have a friend who isnt a citizen too and hes been caught a few times and i havent heard about him having to take drug tests. He just has community service but thats cause hes been caught more then once

Most likely you'll just get some combination of pee tests, rehab/ meetings, and community service.

You're getting a lawyer? In my opinion, they're too expensive for a simple possession charge, that won't be on your record. If I were you I'd just take the plea deal, do some community service and get drunk for a couple months. It's no big deal.

If you got arrested with them reading your merianda rights and you can prove it, there's a very good chance of the case getting thrown all together.

If you have a lawyer defiantly talk with them before you do anything. That's the best advice i can give. (But like most people said, lawyers aint cheap)

if i could just pay the fine and be on my way that would be great, but im also trying to get it off my record and i dont know if my record will be wiped clean when i turn 18 because in MO for some things 17 is considered an adult

 

You don't have to be read your Miranda rights at the time of the arrest and if you're a minor you probably won't get them read at all
