the bad thing also is that ive used up my first offense, so if theres a next time it will be worse

 

Screwed? People have said it a hundred times. You are looking at fines, possible community service and maybe probation. I still stand behind saying that an outpatient rehab program is your best bet to avoid probation.

Most do, although it's pretty likely they'll give you a standard 5 panel test that is easy to cheat. I would not suggest cheating them as most of these treatment programs are short (not more than a couple months) and would be better than 6 months to a year probation. Remember, if you are on probation and get in trouble for any reason, you are in deep shit. Fail a drug test while on probation and you're fucked.

Spend some time researching local rehab centers. They can be expensive (although most are simple classes and aren't more than a couple hundred bucks).

 

When they took me into the tiny room to question me to try to make me a narc the undercover cop asked the other one if be was recording this and he said no. Then the undercover cop said good

roll it and keep it all together, the odds shift in your favor that way

you can eat a joint .. you can't eat a pipe.. shit use a coke can then throw it away.... pipes are just another charge... plus labs fees to test that it used for weed.

they only read people their rights on TV or in Hollywood Movies... shake the they didn't read me my rights crap.. otherwise they will throw the book at you.

take the easy route .. pay the fine .. play the rehab.. pee in a bottle...and throw away your fucking pipes

I had a one hitter. If the case gets thrown out then no drug testing or rehab for me though

The STATE/COUNTY/CITY wants your money. This is most likely why they set a speed trap.

A first offense marijuana case is a waste of time for the judges but it brings in money for the government (their salary) and they have to uphold laws. Rehab is something that judges force crackheads to go to and they eventually drop out and go to jail. Even if you are in for "marijuana addiction" the judge wants to see you have the responsibility to make it through the program.

There's a 90% chance you will have to take drug tests. I'd much rather take a couple simple piss tests for maybe a few months than have to deal with a probation officer. Sometimes you'll be assigned to random UA's and you'll never know when you can get away with smoking.

Worst case scenario for rehab: Rehab is boring as fuck and a waste of time. You piss clean on a few tests and finish the program.
Best case scenario for probation: You don't get tested (unlikely) but still any encounter with law enforcement will be hell. Doing anything illegal on probation is such a risk that I would be very careful about smoking even if I wasn't being tested.

But anyways, cheer up man. Things really aren't that bad. If you can show some good grades or something and get a sympathetic judge then you could get off without a slap on the wrist. :cheers2:

now that you've been caught, the best you can do to us is plead not guilty and claim it's for personal use. do your time like a prince and come out. your case will be just another dot in the statistics...

 

Ok =( all of this just cause I didn't fucking think about eating the god damn gram. The court date Is a month before I turn 18...

 

Oh and I'm in a rehab/therapy program right now (also there for depression) but hopefully the judge will have pity on me and let me off without probation or any more drug classes.

They call weed a disease there, it pisses me off and I gotta fake my way through it lol
